Terms and File Submission Policy

Please review this policy before submitting files, photos, sketches, or measurements for a 3D printing quote.

Ownership and Permission

Customers must confirm they own the file, created it themselves, or have permission to have it printed.

Declined Requests

Peninsula 3D Printing may decline files that are unsafe, restricted, infringing, not suitable for 3D printing, too fragile for the intended use, too large for available equipment, unclear, or missing necessary measurements.

Functional Parts Disclaimer

3D printed parts may not be suitable for critical safety applications. We avoid printing or guaranteeing parts used for load-bearing safety systems, automotive safety systems, medical use, food contact without proper review, high heat environments, or electrical safety enclosures without proper material and design review.

Accuracy

Dimensional accuracy depends on material, geometry, printer settings, and part design. Some parts may require testing or iteration.

Customer Review

Customers are responsible for confirming that the quoted material, colour, and intended use are appropriate before approving the print.

Copyright and Licenses

Some downloadable models are for personal use only or cannot be printed commercially. If a file has license restrictions, we may ask for permission from the designer before printing.
