We collect the contact information you submit, including name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, project description, request type, file status, quantity, measurements, material preference, colour preference, timeline, pickup or delivery preference, and uploaded files.
Why We Collect It
Information is collected so Peninsula 3D Printing can review the request, recommend materials, estimate turnaround time, prepare a quote, respond to questions, and complete approved print work.
How Files Are Used
Uploaded files, photos, sketches, and screenshots are used only to review and complete the requested 3D printing work. Customer uploads are not published publicly.
Retention
Quote request files may be retained for up to 90 days unless the customer asks for deletion earlier, or unless the files are needed for an active or repeat order.
Access
Quote details and files are accessible only to the business owner or authorized people helping fulfill the request.
