3D Printing FAQ
Plain-language answers about files, materials, pricing, turnaround, permissions, and local pickup.
What files do you accept?
We accept STL, 3MF, STEP, STP, OBJ, ZIP, JPG, PNG, and PDF files. If you are not sure what to send, upload what you have and describe the project.
Can you help if I do not have a 3D file?
Yes. You can send photos, sketches, measurements, or a description. We will let you know whether the part can be designed or recreated for printing.
How long does printing take?
Simple prints may be ready quickly, while larger or more complex jobs take longer. Turnaround depends on size, material, print time, queue, and whether design work is needed.
How much does 3D printing cost?
Small prints start around $10. Functional parts, prototypes, design work, and batch orders are quoted individually.
What materials do you offer?
PLA, PETG, and TPU are available for MVP. Resin is listed as coming soon until the resin workflow is ready.
Can you print replacement parts?
Yes, depending on the part. We will review the size, shape, use, strength needs, and fit before quoting.
Can you print copyrighted models?
You must own the file, have created it yourself, or have permission to print it. Some files are for personal use only or cannot be printed commercially.
Can you print anything?
No. We may decline files that are unsafe, restricted, infringing, impossible to print reliably, or unsuitable for the available materials.
Do you offer design help?
Yes. Basic design help and file preparation may be available and quoted separately.
Do you deliver?
Local pickup is currently available. Delivery may be available by arrangement.
Still not sure what to send?
Send what you have and we will ask follow-up questions if needed.
